Baby Pecan is 2 days old!

Ok I decided to turn this into my chinchilla blog since Peanut gave birth to baby Pecan. I am so excited about this chin granny experience. :)

But right now I am pretty tired cos I have just spent the last 2 days dashing here and there to buy the things needed for baby and post birth giving mother care. *collapse*

I just want to jot down Baby's weight and Pistachio's weight before I forgot. Didn't get to weigh Peanut cos she refused to cooperate.

Anyway Baby was born on 21 April 2008 between 4-5pm, which I missed. damn!


23 April 2008
Pecan, at 3 days old, weighs 47g morning and night. No putting on weight today, gotta work a bit harder mommy.

Pistachio, at approx. 7 months old, weighs 411g (evening). Her previous owner had her for around 380g the last time he weighed her 1 or 2 months ago, so she's having good progress here with me. :)
